MEET THE TEAM
Caryn Quinn - Owner
Caryn Quinn, has been a licensed employee and Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing, in Danville, CA, since 2000. She purchased the company in 2020 and is excited to see it continue to grow. Caryn prides herself on building strong client relationships by truly listening to their needs and helping to find long term solutions that are beneficial for both the employer as well as the employees. Providing the highest level of service as possible is extremely important to Caryn as that is what sets us apart as individuals, and more importantly, as an agency. She enjoys time with her family and friends, whether at a restaurant, attending an event, or simply sitting around the table or firepit together. Caryn and her husband have two college age kids & a snuggly labradoodle. The family loves traveling, laughing, and cooking together!
Chelsea Sabre Lee - Benefits Consultant
Chelsea Sabre Lee is a Benefits Consultant at Q&A Insurance Marketing, Inc. Chelsea’s 14+ years of insurance industry experience helps her to create and implement strong employee benefits strategies for employers of all sizes. Her creativity in addition to her extensive background in accounting allow her to bring maximum value to employers and employees alike through their benefits package. Chelsea’s integrity and desire to help others drives her to listen and understand employers’ needs and consequently build long-lasting relationships with her clients. She has held a current California Health, Accident and Life Insurance license since 2006. Chelsea has a passion for the outdoors, her family, good food, great beer and all things Peloton.
Jayson Creech - Service Account Manager
Jayson Creech is a Service Account Manager for Q&A Insurance Marketing. Jayson previously worked in the medical and fitness industries. During his time working in the medical field, he provided administrative and customer support to members with compassion and empathy. His prior fitness industry experience as a personal trainer blossomed out of his passion for all things pertaining to health and wellness and helping others. Jayson looks forward to bringing his prior experience along with his passion for helping others to Q&A to serve its members.

Jenny Vo is a Service Manager for Q&A Insurance Marketing. For many years, Jenny has developed numerous personal relationships with clients and customers alike in her past roles. She believes that being able to form personal and professional relationships with clients and/or customers is the key to having quality service. In her spare time, she likes to journal and write short stories or eat, if eating is even considered a hobby! Jenny is always trying to find new recipes to try out and cook. One big thing on her bucket list is to go on a world tour to try all kinds of dishes from across the globe.
